Classic vanilla
A light and fluffy vanilla sponge, layered with creamy vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve.
CARROT CAKE
A delicious and ultra moist carrot sponge, made with fresh carrots and oranges.
Layered with cinnamon buttercream. Absolutely perfect for an autumn wedding
CHOCOLATE
A rich, moist chocolate sponge. Layered with a choice of buttercream.
This can be made with either vanilla, orange, chocolate or salted caramel.
Lemon & blueberry
A zingy lemon sponge dotted with juicy blueberries. Layered with lemon buttercream.
This can also come as a plain lemon sponge, layered with lemon curd and lemon
buttercream. Another alternative is lemon sponge with elderflower flavoured buttercream.
Raspberry &
white chocolate
A moist vanilla sponge dotted with delicious raspberries, layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry compote, then a layer of white chocolate ganache.
Salted caramel
My signature vanilla sponge with a salted caramel and vanilla flavoured buttercream
and lashing of rich salted caramel sauce between each layer.

Cherry bakewell *
My classic vanilla sponge recipe adapted slightly with added ground almonds.
Layered with almond flavoured buttercream and cherry conserve. *(Contains Nuts)
